The discovery that changed cardiovascular science

In 1998, the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded for research showing that nitric oxide, a simple molecule your body makes naturally, acts as a signal that tells blood vessels to relax and widen so blood can flow freely to every organ and cell.

When nitric oxide signaling is low, vessels stay tense and circulation slows. The systems that depend on steady blood flow — your heart, brain, muscles and energy — start to fall behind. That research is part of the foundation our formulas build on.

What happens after 40

With age, the body's natural production of key signaling molecules and cellular fuels declines. NAD+, which your cells use to produce energy and maintain themselves, drops steadily over the decades. Nitric oxide production follows a similar path.

The good news: these systems are not broken. They respond to everyday habits — movement, sleep, diet — and to the nutrients they rely on.

"The body isn't broken. It just needs the right support." — The Primora Labs team

The science behind our formulas

Every formula is built around ingredients with a history of published human research: L-citrulline and L-arginine for nitric oxide, beetroot nitrates, NAD+, omega-3s, B vitamins, Lion's Mane, melatonin, vitamins C and D, zinc and more. Each ingredient earns its place because of that research, not because it looks good on a label.

On our Clinical References page you can read the peer-reviewed studies and reviews behind our key ingredients, grouped by area of health: circulation, performance, metabolism and sleep, longevity and immunity, and focus.

How we make every formula

Many supplement brands spend more on marketing than on what goes into the bottle. We focus on the basics that matter.

Researched ingredients

We build each formula around ingredients that have been studied in people, and we show you the research behind them.

Clear labels

Every ingredient is listed on the label and in the Supplement Facts on each product page, so you know what you are taking.

Made in the USA

Our supplements are made in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities in the United States.

60-day guarantee

Try any supplement for 60 days. If you are not happy with the results, we will refund you, even if the bottle is empty.

The five pillars

Circulation supports healthy blood flow and nitric oxide. Longevity supports cellular energy, NAD+ and immune health. Performance supports healthy testosterone, stamina and drive. Metabolism supports healthy blood sugar, restful sleep and a healthy weight. Clarity supports focus, memory and mental energy.

Our approach

Based on published research

“Every formula starts with published human research, uses ingredients at the doses that were studied, and lists every dose on the label. That is the standard I would want for my own patients.”
