Tight calves, hamstrings and hips make everyday movement feel harder, especially first thing in the morning. This strap has ten sewn-in loops, so you can hold a stretch at exactly the right length without wrapping the strap around your hands — then move one loop further as your flexibility improves.
It is a favourite for gentle foot and calf stretches before getting out of bed, yoga, physio-style routines and post-workout cool-downs.
It is especially handy if you cannot yet reach your toes: hook your foot into a loop and the strap does the reaching for you, so you can stretch without straining your back. Many people keep it by the bed for a quick calf and foot stretch before the first steps of the day.
Why you'll love it
- Progress at your pace: ten numbered loops make it easy to track and deepen a stretch
- Steady, controlled stretch: hold a loop instead of gripping a slippery strap
- Head-to-toe use: foot, calf, hamstring, quad, hip, shoulder and back stretches
- Strong and soft: durable nylon webbing that is gentle on the hands
- Take it anywhere: rolls up small for travel or the gym bag
